What payment types does TEA MATE accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay. We're looking at deploying crypto payments.

How do I use a promo code?

At checkout, under your order total, enter your promo code in the box that says ‘Enter promo code’ and click ‘Apply’.

Some codes are automatically applied, however the promo codes that require manual entry must be applied to receive the qualifying item or offer. Only one promotional code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Can I use my TEA MATE gift card online?

Of course, you're in the right spot to use it! In the payment section of the checkout process, simply select the "Gift Card" option and enter your 20 digit gift card number and 4 digit pin number to redeem. 

Please note that at this time, you are unable to split payments for your order across multiple gift cards.
