We are an Australian tea business and deliver in Australia with free shipping over $50. We deliver internationally at standard international times and rates.
What postal services does TEA MATE use?
All TEA MATE online orders for delivery within Australia are posted with Australia Post. We deliver international orders with the pre-defined fastest and most affordable courier combination to deliver to you.
TEA MATE Shipping Rates
Australia-wide shipping rates and options are quoted at checkout. Generally, the following rates will apply, however these are just a guide. Accurate shipping rates are calculated at checkout:

How long do I have to wait for my TEA MATE to be delivered?
All up, approximately 5-7 days on average.
All TEA MATE orders are typically packed and shipped within 48 hours once an order has been placed. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Australia public holidays.
Delivery can be within 1-5 business days for Australian orders following dispatch. During peak TEA MATE celebrations and holidays, there may be delays in shipping times. Thank you for your patience during these times.

We have never had an order not arrive so please reach out to us after 14 days after shipping is confirmed and after contacting the courier direct and we can assist further or replace your order free of charge. We guarantee you will get your order or your money back.
Does Tea Mate ship to a PO Box?
Yes, Tea Mate can ship to an Australian PO Box.
I haven't received my TEA MATE Order, what should I do?
If it's been more than 5 days since your order confirmation and you haven't received your order, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we'll get to the bottom of it.
When do I need to place an order to receive it before Christmas?
|For delivery to VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT||Place your order by 16th December|

- All orders are shipped within 1 to 24 hours of order on business days.
- Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Shipping notifications will be sent when the parcel has been dispatched.
- We endeavour to process all other orders same day, however during busy sale periods, processing may take a little longer. You will be notified of any shipping delay by email.
- Orders are generally sent with Sendle or Australia Post depending on the serviceable area.
- Check how long delivery is to your address on the Australia Post calculator. Put Cabarita Beach as the send from location
- Orders OVER $50 receive FREE SHIPPING in Australia only. Order total must equal $50 after discounts for shipping to be free.
- Australian shipping on orders under $50 is a flat rate of $9 with standard shipping.
- Express Post - Currently Unavailable Due To Shipping Delays.
- Australia Post Express is the fastest option to receive your order and is available to Australian residents for $10.00 flat rate for any order under $100. This is not a guaranteed overnight service due to pandemic affected delays.
Authority To Leave
If you have not given authority to leave the parcel and if you are not at home to receive your delivery, a delivery attempt notice will be left and your order will be left at your local post office/ depot for collection. Please note that you must contact the local post office for re-delivery OR drop into your local to pick up your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot send items out to you with the post office on your behalf.
Once the parcel has been dispatched, we cannot take responsibility for their transit or the action of the courier services. We are always provide backup however all correspondence with the postage office and courier are required by the recipient.
Ordering your TEA MATE
Can I make changes to my TEA MATE order or cancel it after its processed?
We're usually pretty on it so changes can't typically be made or orders cancelled once an order has been placed. We're always happy to help a mate so please drop us an email if you are looking for support. Please always review your cart and shipping information before placing an order.
Can I update shipping information after my TEA MATE order is placed?
Please let us know immediately if you have provided incorrect shipping details by emailing email@example.com. We will do our best to fix this if the order has not yet been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched, please contact the shipper to request any changes.
My TEA MATE promo/discount code won't work
Promotion codes are applied during checkout and if it is not working, look intensely at the code to check it's accurate. Submit it again. If that didn't work, the code may have expired or you're making it up.
If you are having trouble applying a TEA MATE promotional discount code, please reach out to via email at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order. We unfortunately cannot apply discount codes to an order that has been placed nor can we refund a discount amount.
Out of Stock items
If you have placed an order for an item that is out of stock, you will receive an email about this and will not be charged....
My TEA MATE order is a gift, will there be prices?
TEA MATE packaging does not show pricing and an invoice will not be sent with the order.
Do taxes apply to TEA MATE?
In Australia, GST will be included in the total purchase price of an order where applicable.
