How To Brew Rooibos 'Redbush' Tea

Rooibos tea boasts a vibrant woody-red colour and has a mild earthy flavour with distinct sweet notes of honey and vanilla. Rooibos has a delicious calming sensation and has zero caffeine. It can also reduce oxidative stress and help with high altitude sickness. Low tannin levels mean Rooibos is gentle on your stomach.

Where can I find it?

In Australia, TEA MATE sells certified Organic Rooibos and created this video to show you how it's brewed:

STEP 1

Steep 1-2 teaspoons of Organic Rooibos loose leaf per 250mL of water, depending on how strong you like it.
